(MIDLANDS DIVISION)


         In the past few years, Electricity Supply in this country has expanded considerably, and it continues to do so today.

         But it is to the future we must look, and not into the past, and the future of the electricity industry is almost without limit. As the industry expands in the years to come, so increasing numbers of skilled craftsmen and engineers will be needed to maintain the supply of electricity to our homes and factories.

         To ensure that we have sufficient trained men for our needs, we operate several training schemes, and it is the object of this leaflet to give you some information about them.

         The opportunity is there if you want to train for a skilled and secure job with the Midlands Division, and if you are the man, we want you.
